Medals for ALL participants😍 The event starts 6am Blanchisseuse, you go to Madamas bay then walk back to Blanchisseuse. You can choose to ONE WAY or even to Paria bay and then boat back! Register and pay on our website: www.naturenerdstt.com. Or WhatsApp 759 2410 for banking information.

NNTT first aid trained staff on trail. Water at Paria bay.
Optional services:
Shuttle from SouthPark Or Mt Hope ($120 payable upon registration)
Boat back to Blanchisseuse ($100pp payable on the day) from Paria or Grand Tacarib
Note that you can drive to the event and park securely at Blanchisseuse ($30/car on the day)
Bus pick up from SouthPark (3:30am depart) Mt Hope (4am Depart)

Rating (1/10) Easy Hike. Great for beginners, kids, teens, family & for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. About 15 to 30 mins walk one way. Basically a walk in the park. (Eg. Bamboo Cathedral)
Rating (2/10) Easy Hike. Great for beginners, kids, teens, family & for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. About 15 to 30 mins walk one way. Basically a walk in the park BUT with some gentle inclines. ( Eg Mermaid Pools )
Rating (3/10) Great for beginners, most kids, teen & family. About 30 to 60 mins walk. Expect gentle inclines and small stress on the legs. (Eg. Maracas Waterfall)
Rating (4/10) Fair hike. Beginners who have hiked previously and are Active (some kids,teens,adults) Expect decent inclines with some stress on the legs with distance.
Rating (5/10) Moderately challenging. Expect inclines to be somewhat intense. Gradient of hills increases with distance. Adults and teens only, no kids. ( Eg. Peechon Cove)
Rating (6/10) Moderately challenging. You need endurance & stamina. Expect zig zag hills with considerable inclines. Not for beginners or kids. Adults and teens ONLY.
Rating (7/10) Challenging. You need endurance & stamina. Expect long zig zag hills with steep inclines. Long distance and long hours. Experienced adult hikers ONLY. ( Example Paria Hike)
Rating (8/10) Advanced experienced hikers only. Hike can go on all day. Equipment required.
Rating (9/10) Advanced experienced hikers only. Can take more than 12 hours. Equipment.
